Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time and Part-Time)
We are seeking both a full time and a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join the GOLDBUG team! The ideal candidates will be available to start training asap, and will effectively manage the following responsibilities and possess the following traits:
Responsibilities:
- Solo shop management: opening and closing, keeping displays and apparel organized and tidy, accept and sort deliveries, pricing, restocks, routine jewelry polishing, charm necklace assembly, repair and custom order coordination, customer communication, product knowledge, sales
- Online order fulfillment: track orders and shipping type through Shopify, safely package and label orders, post-office drop offs within shipping policy timelines
- Shopify storefront: enter POs with accurate cost and pricing, product images and descriptions, tags, and vendor information, keep inventory up to date, update front-end site (navigation, banners, hero images, etc)
- Customer service: resolve order issues and respond to customer inquiries via DM and email
Requirements:
- Natural love for fashion and styling—especially jewelry
- Extremely organized and prioritizes cleanliness
- Punctual and reliable
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Past retail/sales experience
- Must be available some weekends and holidays
- Full Time ~ 40ish hrs/week
- Part Time ~ 20ish hrs/week
